Vol.1 is closest to the original text. The other volumes are just add-ons.

Just in case of you were intertested in Veet's opinions:

  1. The testimonial in the beginning of the book are very motivating, it is worth buying the book just for that.

  2. Stay away from raw egg yolks unless you wish to get salmonella.  Also if you care for your arteries leave the eggs out of your diet: According to science, eggs are the most concentrated source of cholesterol and saturated fat in nature.

  3. Don't worry about -- the 6 Tibetan Rite. Even though the book says it is only for the celibate monks, it is not going to make you celibate. It can give you more control over your sexual energy. You can still do with it what ever you want. Have fun.

  4. Volume 2 may be interesting if you are interested in Tibet etc.  Volume 2 also contains opinions and cautions by of various people who think that they are experts on yoga.

  5. Volume 3 is a cookbook.
